A SPECIFIC STYLE OF HIT TRAINING CONSISTING OF EIGHT ROUNDS OF ULTRA-HIGH-INTENSITY EXERCISE IN A 20-SECONDS ON, 10-SECONDS OFF INTERVAL. COMPLETELY EFFECTIVE TO WORKING THE ENTIRE BODY!
